Legal Operations Analyst (Lorton, VA)

Set up document record and maintenance system for the legal documents of the Company. Act as a liaison between the external counsels and the management. Collect and organize necessary information required by external counsels or other third parties. Assist and coordinate company’s trademark and patent applications with external counsels. Support directors in their compliance with the company policies.
